Return Policy

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from WoL, we charge a 15% administration and handling fee. Please notify us within 30 days of your delivery and upon receiving our goods back we will issue a refund providing the item is unopened and "as new".

Goods Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your parcels upon receipt of delivery. If delivered parcel has ANY exterior damage please sign it off as "damaged" and contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt of your order. Upon receiving our goods back we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever is your preference.

Returns Process:

1. You may return any items which are damaged, faulty or unwanted.

2. Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 30 days of delivery and have the item returned to us no later than 30 days for a full refund.

3. Afterward, please re-package the items safely and appropriately for transit and include a note stating the reason for return.

4. All items are returned at your own risk. In the event of a returned item being lost, we will require proof of postage. Please keep any postage receipts or post via recorded delivery to avoid any problems.
